- 600 cc beef soup stock or chicken soup stock
- 2 Chinese star anise
- 100g thinly sliced beef
- 80g dried rice noodles
- 60g sprouts
- 5 spring onion
- ⅙ red onion
- 3 tbsp fish sauce (or soy sauce)
- 2 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- pepper
- sudachi, Japanese chili powder, chili sauce, coriander
- Place the soup stock in a pot, and boil the beef briefly and remove it from pot, set aside. Add the fish sauce, sugar, salt and pepper into the soup.
- Cut the spring onion into a 5㎝ lengthwise, and cut the red onion into thinly slice.
- Boil the rice noodles in ample hot water and drain. Put it in a dish bowl.
- Add the beef and warmed soup in a dish bowl; add the spring onion and red onion.
- Finally, squeeze the sudachi; put the coriander, chili sauce, and Japanese chili etc… Your taste.
This seems something new recipe with some new ingredients in chicken soup stock.I think we can make this recipe very quickly.I hope that I will like its taste.
