Takikomi Gohan Meals: Shake Gohan (鮭ご飯)

Serves: 3 – 4
- 3 cups rice
- 2 pieces salmon
- 1 bundle enoki mushrooms
- 2½ tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- water or dashi (Your Preference)
- ¼ tsp salt
- Wash the rice for 30 min before cooking. Cut the enoki mushrooms in half. Sprinkle the salt on salmon.
- Put the rice, sake, and soy sauce. Add the water or dashi stock to 3 line of rice cooker and cook.
- When it’s done cooking, mix well and serves.
