- 1 medium size sea bream
- ⅔ tbsp salt for sea bream
- 3 cups rice
- 3㎝×10㎝ square 1 konbu kelp
- 4 cups water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- ⅔ tsp salt
- Wash the rice for 30 min before cooking.
- Sprinkle the salt on sea bream and grill for about 10 min with roaster.
- Put the rice, konbu kelp, sake, soy sauce, salt and dashi stock in an earth-pot, and mix. Put the grilled sea bream on rice, and over a high heat with cover. When it becomes the boiled, turn down the medium heat and cook for 5 min. And turn down a low heat and cook for about 7 min.
- Turn off the heat and let stand for 10 min.
