Day #3 Simmered Pork and Chinese Cabbage(豚肉と白菜の煮込み)

Serves: 2
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
- ¼ Chinese cabbage
- ½ carrot
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp sake
- Cut the pork and Chinese cabbage into bite-size pieces, cut the carrot into thinly slice.
- Put the pork, Chinese cabbage, and carrot in a pot with layer.
- Add the sake and 2 cup water and over a heat with cover. Simmer for about 20-30 min, season with salt and pepper. (Add the little of soy sauce your taste)
