Day #5 Omelet with Potatoes(ポテトオムレツ)

Ingredients
  • 2 large potatoes
  • ¼ onion
  • ⅓ carrot
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 knob garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • vegetable oil

Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes briefly and cut into slice. Cut the onion and carrot into thinly slice. Cut the garlic into finely chop.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and over a low heat. When it starts to smell good, add the onion, carrot, and potatoes over a medium heat. Steam-fry with cover and transfer on a plate or bowl and lets stand for cool.
  3. Drop the eggs in a large bowl and beat. Add the Steam- fried potatoes and mix. Heat the oil in a pan; pour the egg mixture with cover and steam- fry for 7-8 min over a low heat. Turn over the egg, and fry the other side for about 5 min.
