Rolled Tonkatsu ロールとんかつ

Serves: 2 – 3
- 200g thinly sliced pork
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil for deep fry
- flour for coating
- 1 beaten egg for coating
- breadcrumb for coating
- Rolling the sliced pork and shape. Sprinkle the salt and pepper.
- Coat with flour, beaten egg, and then breadcrumbs.
- Deep- fry at 170℃ until crispy. Serve with TONKATSU sauce.
