Deep-Fried Prawn (エビかつ)

Serves: 2
- 200g prawn
- 1 tbsp beaten egg
- 2 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
- breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil for deep-fry
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise for sauce
- 1 tbsp milk for sauce
- 1 tsp minced pickles for sauce
- Cut the prawn into mince. Put it in a bowl, add beaten egg, flour, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Shape the prawn into oval and coat the breadcrumbs. Then, Deep-fry at 170℃ until crispy.
- Combine the mayonnaise, milk, pickles, salt and pepper and mix. (Make to sauce) Serve with sauce or tonkatsu sauce your taste.
