Prawn Ajillo 小エビのアヒージョ

- 16 prawn
- 1 knob garlic
- 1 red chili
- ¼ cup olive oil
- salt
- Remove the shell of prawn and de-vein. Cut the garlic into mince.
- Place the garlic and chili in a casserole, add the olive oil and heat a low heat.
- When there’s a good smell, add the prawn and salt and cook for about 8-10 min.
- Serve with baguette.
