Tandoori Chicken タンドリーチキン

- 200g chicken thigh
- 160g yogurt
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- garam masara
- 1tsp grind garlic
- 1 tsp grind ginger
- salt and pepper
- Combine the yogurt, curry powder, ketchup, garam masara, grind garlic, grind ginger, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut the chicken into large bite-size. Toss the chicken in the ingredients of “1”. Let stand for 1 hour over.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chicken and cook to a medium-low heat.
