- 12 shrimps or prawn
- 1 brunches pak choi(青梗菜)
- ½ carrot
- ½ onion
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp starch
- salt
- 3 tbsp starch dissolved in the water
- vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 tsp granules soup stock
- salt and pepper
- Remove the shell of the shrimps or prawns and de-vein. Then flavor with salt, pepper, sake and last coat with the starch.
- Cut the vegetables into bite-size. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the prawns and fry. When they are cooked, add the carrot, onion, pak choi and fry. When they are cooked, add the fresh cream, salt, pepper and stir-fry briefly. Next add the starch dissolved in the water to thicken the sauce.
- Serve in a dish with fresh cooked rice and lay your cooked meal over the rice.
