- 2 portion cooked rice
- ¼ tsp curry powder
- 3-4 sausage
- ⅛ carrot
- ☆ 4 tbsp frozen corn or caned corn
- ☆ 300 cc water
- ☆ ½ tsp granules soup stock
- ☆ 30-40 g curry roux
- ☆ 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- ☆ 2 eggs
- ☆ vegetable oil
- ☆ cheese powder
- Combine the cooked rice and curry powder and mix well. Cut the sausage and carrot are into thinly sliced. Preheat the oven to 250℃。
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, then add the sausage and corn, then fry. Add the water and soup stock and bring to the boil. When it starts to boil, add the curry roux and simmer.
- Add the rice and mix well. Place the curry into a heat-resistant containers, and add the egg. Sprinkle the cheese powder on top, to your taste.
- Bake in the oven for 20-30 min.
