- 300g Chicken ground meat
- ½ onion
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp minced parsley
- cumin seed powder, coriander powder, basil, etc…(your taste spices)
- salt and pepper
- Cut the onion into finely chopped. Put the all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Wrap the meat mixture with plastic film to like sausage shape and tie the ends for plastic film.
- Steam the sausage for about 20 min, with lid slightly open over a medium low heat. If you don’ have steamer, you can use microwave.
- It is also delicious grilled after steamed.
