- 2 portion Chinese noodles
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 30g sliced ham
- For sauce:
- 2 tbsp sesame paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Cut the cucumber, tomato, and ham into strips. Beat the eggs and heat the oil into small frying pan and make a paper- thin omelet. Then cool and cut into julienne strips.
- Place the Chinese noodles while loosening each portion in boiling water and boil, rinse the noodles well in running water.
- Combine the all ingredients of Sauce in a bowl, mix well.
- Place the Chinese noodles in plate and put the cucumber, tomato, ham, and strips omelet on top, and pour the sauce all over.
