Hi, everyone. Today, I showing the recipe in here is “Dumpling ( GYO-ZA)” . It is very simple and basic type’s dumpling. The ingredients are very simple, key point is how to bake, the surface is crispy and inside is juicy…. It is very delicious , please try it.
- 1 pack dumpling’s dough ( sold in store)
- 100g pork ground meat
- ⅙ Chinese cabbage
- 3 spring onion
- 1 knob ginger
- 1 tsp granules chicken soup base
- 2 soy sauce
- 1 tsp sake
- starch
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 mug cup water
- vegetable oil
- For dipping sauce:
- soy sauce
- vinegar
- chili oil
- Cut the Chinese cabbage, spring onion, and ginger into finely chop. Place the all vegetables in a large bowl, and coat the starch.
- Add the ground meat into a large bowl, and add the granules chicken soup base, soy sauce, sake, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Combine the flour and water, then mix well, Set aside.
- Put the meat mixture in the middle of each dough’s circle, fold in half and pinch together.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, place the dumpling and pour the flour dissolved in water, steam- bake with lid until moisture is gone.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
