- 200g tuna (for sashimi)
- 4 pieces green periall
- 2 portion cooked rice (for large bowl)
- chopped seaweed your preference
- horseradish(wasabi) your preference
- soy sauce your preference
- First cut the tuna into 2-3cm thick bite sizes. (like you see at sushi bars would be a good example).
- Next add your freshly cooked rice to the bowl you are going to use add you seaweed over the rice. Then lay the tuna in a circle format, add the periall, and horse radish in the middle. Last sprinkle soy sauce around over the tuna to your taste.
