- 2 portion cooked rice
- 3-4 eggs
- ½ onion
- 2 deep- fried tofu
- ½ pack tofu
- 250cc dashi stock
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Japanese chili
- Pour boiling water over the deep fried tofu to eliminate excess oil, cut it 4-5㎝ rectangles cut. Beaten the egg. Cut the onion into thinly slice, and cut the tofu into bite size pieces.
- Combine the dashi stock, soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar in a pan, and bring. Add the onion, deep-fried tofu, and tofu, and simmer for about 4-5 min.
- While it simmering, pour the beaten eggs over the ingredients. When it half cooked, put a lid on and simmer it briefly.
- Divide the cooked rice in individual bowls and put the deep-fried tofu and egg on top. garnish with Japanese chili you taste.
