Good Afternoon Everyone, It’s Aloha Friday.. Hee hee.. Well, another long week has come and gone. Summer is here.
- 100g sliced thinly pork
- 2packs sprouts
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 spring onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 donburi bowl cooked rice
- 1 tbsp red miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp toh ban jyan
- 100cc Chinese soup stock(chicken base)
- salt
- Cut the pork into bite- size pieces, sprinkle the sake, soy sauce and potato starch. Cut the spring onion into minced.
- Wash the sprouts and Drain. Combine the Chinese soup stock, sake, soy sauce, red miso, oyster sauce, toh ban jyan, and salt into a small bowl and mix well. set aside.
- Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and ginger, and fry until becomes to good smell. Add the pork and fry. Add the sprouts and fry for about 2-3 min.
- Add the seasoning mixture, and fry for about 2-3 min.
- Place the cooked rice in a donburi bowl, put the sprouts and pork on top. Garnish with minced spring onion.
