Hello Everyone, hope everyone had a great weekend. We had a very HOT weekend. We tried not to use our Air Condition, but we couldn’t. lol
- ½ broccoli
- 4 pieces of shrimp or prawns
- 2 white asparagus(canned )
- 3cm of carrot
- 1 tbsp of graded onions
- A: For Dressing
- ½ cup salad oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- ½ tsp salt
- pepper (your preference)
- First separate the broccoli into bite size pieces and wash in water, and blanch them in salted water and drain and chill in the cold water.
- Remove the shell of the shrimp or prawn and de-vein, add your salt to boiling water and add the shrimp or prawn.
- Place the canned asparagus on a sieve, pour on boiling water and cut into bite-size pieces.
- Make to dressing, combine the all ingredients of “A”, and mix well.
- Place the broccoli, shrimp or prawn, and white asparagus on plate, and pour the dressing over top.
