Good Morning Everyone, a very long week has gone by. Glad to see the weekend coming tomorrow.
- 100g of Tuna ( for sashimi)
- 50g of squid (for sashimi)
- 100g Yams
- pickled plum
- kinome sprouts( If you have)
- 1 tsp pickled plum
- ½ tsp mirin
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- Cut the tuna into 2㎝ cube pieces, and squid into strips.
- Combine the pickled plum, mirin, and soy sauce and mix well.
- Peel the yam and grated it.
- Places the grated yam in a plate, put the tuna and squid on top of the yam, pour the plum sauce and garnish with kinome sprouts.
