Good morning everyone a very lovely Tuesday here . It rain a bit last night, but it seems to be clear up now.
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
- ½ onion
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- ½ green onion
- vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- Cut the pork into bite-size pieces. Cut the onion thinly slice and green onion is using diagonal cut technique. Cut the stem of shimeji mushroom and divide them small groups.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the pork and fry. When the pork to becomes change color, add the onion, shimeji mushroom, and green onion and fry.
- All ingredients are almost cooked, add the salt, pepper, and soy sauce and fry. Add the mayonnaise and fry briefly.
