- 1 pack tofu
- 100g pork ground meat
- ½ green onion
- 1 knob garlic
- 1 knob ginger
- 1tsp granules soup stock
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese chili pepper
- 150 cc water
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp starch
- 2 tbsp water
- Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic into finely chop. Cut the tofu into 1㎝ cube pieces.
- Heat the oil into a frying pan, add the garlic , ginger and pork ground meat and fry. When it cooked, add the water, granules soup stock, sake, soy sauce, miso, and Japanese chili powder and boiling.
- Add the tofu and green onion and simmer briefly, add the starch dissolved in the water to the pan, to thicken the sauce.
