- 200g chicken breast
- little of salt
- 1 tbsp sake
- 5㎝ white radish
- ½ carrot
- ¼ long green onion
- For Sauce:
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp sugar
- ⅓ long green onion, chopped
- 1 knob ginger, chopped
- Place the chicken breast on a heat-resistant plate, and sprinkle the salt and sake. Wrap it with a plastic film loosely, and microwave on 5-7 min, and break into pieces with your hands. Cut the white radish and carrot into thinly slice with peeler. Cut the long green onion into half-length and thinly slice.
- Make to sauce: Put the sesame oil, soy sauce, miring, and sugar into a pan, and over a heat. Add the chopped long green onion and chopped ginger, cook until become to flavor.
- Arrange the white radish and carrot on a plate, and put the chicken on top. Pour on the sauce.
