Good Morning Everyone, It’s Friday and another long week has gone by.
- 7 shrimps
- 80g pork ground meat
- 1 egg yoke
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp starch
- ⅓ tsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 shiitake mushrooms, chopped
- ⅙ long green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 10 thin dumpling pastry skin
- Remove the shell of the shrimps and de-vein. Keep little of shrimps aside for decoration, and then cut into chop.
- Put the shrimps, pork ground meat, egg york, sake, sesame oil, starch, soy sauce, and salt into a bowl, and mix well. Add the shiitake mushrooms, long green onion, and ginger and mix well. Place a spoonful of filling onto each pastry skin and form the shape. Put the shrimps on top for decoration.
- Put the dumpling on a heat-resistant dish, and cover it with plastic film loosely, microwave for 3 and ½ min.
Very nice dumpling recipe. Fixing these in the microwave is definitely a time saver. I usually prepare them using the steamer tray of my rice cooker but this is far quicker.
