Fried Rice with Salmon and Mayonnaise 鮭マヨチャーハン

Serves: 2
- 1 fillet light salted
- ½ bunch spinach
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 400g cooked rice
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp minced long green onion
- Grill the salmon and remove the skin and bone and trim. Wash the spinach and cut into finely chop.
- Drop the eggs into a bowl, add the mayonnaise and mix well.
- Heat the frying pan, add the egg mixture and fry, add the cooked rice and fry, add the salmon. Season with salt and pepper and add the long green onion and spinach and fry together.
