Good Morning Everyone, hope your weekend went great. Did you make something awesome in the kitchen on the weekend?
- 2 fillets amber jack
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 red chili
- salt and pepper
- lettuce
- 1 parsley
- lemon your choice
- Cut the garlic into thinly slice and chili into chop. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a low heat, add the garlic and red chili. When the garlic is golden brown, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a grill, and grill the amberjack. Arrange the lettuce and grilled amberjack on a dish, pour the garlic oil all over, oil still hot.
- Next sprinkle the parsley(finely chop), and garnish with lemon your choice.
