☆Cucumber and Deep-Fried Tofu Salad(キュウリと厚揚げのサラダ) ☆
Good morning everyone. How is all your summer cooking going? Today we have a very healthy dish called Cucumber and Deep-Fried Tofu Salad or キュウリと厚揚げのサラダ in Japanese. This another way to enjoy tofu, this recipe is very simple and easy to make. The salad will go good with any meat or fish dish for dinner. - 1 cucumber
- 1 deep- fried tofu
- ½ tsp grind garlic
- ½ tsp grind ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp to-ban jyan
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Roll the cucumber on a cutting board dusted with salt, and batting with rolling pin briefly, and cut it into bite-size piece.
- Cut the deep fried tofu into 2㎝ cube pieces and boil for 2-3 min, and drain.
- Put the cucumber and deep fried tofu into a bowl. Add the grind garlic and grind ginger and toss, add the soy sauce, sugar,and to-ban jyan, and toss. Heat the sesame oil and pour all over and toss.
