Hello everyone, hope that you had a great weekend. It’s been so hot here that we stayed indoors all weekend, relaxing at home running the air condition on all day. lol Here’s my Diet recipe #2 on Cooking Japanese Style and the dish is called Grilled Chicken with Marinaded Miso or 鶏の味噌焼き in Japanese.
- 90g × 2 Chicken tight
- ½ tsp. vegetable oil
- For Marinade
- 1 tbsp. miso
- 1 tsp. sake
- 1 tsp. Mirin
- ½ tbsp. sugar
- Put the miso, sake, Mirin, and sugar into some container or bowl and mix.
- Marinade the chicken in miso mixture for about 1hour over.
- Heat the oil into a frying pan, and cook the chicken, or pour the oil on chicken and grill into a oven for about 10-15min.
