Hello Everyone, Hope that all your weekend is going great. All I can say is rain, rain, and more rain. I need to wash some clothes and I can’t get it out cause it’s raining. Oh well, I guess I will surf some recipes and comment on some delicious food bloggies. Here’s something, My hubby made dinner last and he tried to make something he never made. I think it was a Scallops with a Mango Curry Puree, it was good. I was very surprise cause he has been looking for a Mango Puree for a long time online and found one. I just love mangoes and I hope he made different recipe using Mangoes.
- ¼ cabbage
- ½ onion
- 150g beef and pork ground meat
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- Cut the cabbage in roughly, and onion into slice. Sprinkle the salt and pepper to ground meat.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the ground meat and cook, add the onion and cook. When the onion is little bit soften, add the cabbage and cook briefly. Add the sake, worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Add the curry powder and cook until become to the good flavor.
A nice combination of flavors. I love trying new things.
