Hello everyone, hope that your enjoy your week so far. Another beautiful day here, already done all the house work now to work on our blog and think what to make for dinner for tonight and tomorrow. What are you having for dinner tonight? Do you always plan ahead, a day or two to decide what to cook for dinner or it’s on that day on how you feel what you want to eat? For me, I guess it’s on that day mostly or if there is something the family really wants to eat.
- ⅔ large size Sweet Potato
- 2 Bacon
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

- Almond Slice
- Minced Parsrey
- Cut the sweet potato into 1㎝ wide round pieces, cut the bacon into 4㎝ length pieces. Combine the cream cheese, yogurt, fresh cream, white wine and soup stock in a bowl, and mix, make to cheese cream sauce.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the bacon, add the sweet potato and fry. Sprinkle the salt and pepper, transfer it to baking dish. Pour the cheese cream sauce all over and sprinkle the almond slice and parsley
- Heat the oven to 220℃, and baked for 5 min.
I’m a sweet potato fanatic, and I’ve never seen them prepared this way, but I love it and can’t wait to try it!

I eat sweet potatoes a lot, but I’ve never had them with cheese sauce. Sounds like something I’m going to have to try.
Thanks!
This recipe sounds really fantastic! I never thought to put a creamy sauce over sweet potatoes & bacon in anything is always amazing! I’m always planning my dinners last minute, otherwise it would change a million times before I got home to start cooking. 🙂

The recipe sounds so yummy! I love sweet potato combined with anything savory. So this is definitely a go to my taste. I usually plan the meals I have on that day. But if have some other relatives plan to come home, I plan the meals a day or two days before.
