Hello Everyone. What a long week we had this week, we had to go to Kyoto on Wednesday to close up a Web Blog contract my hubby was working on for the pass 3 months. Finally got that done, so now my hubby can work on my site for my Custom Doll site, hopefully he can get that up during this weekend. I will announce the launch of the site when it’s ready to go. I have been pushing the hubby to get me a New Apple Desk Top Computer and an Oven. It looks like I will be getting both this month. Yippy.. Sorry I thought I just share that with everyone.
- 200 grams Chicken Breast
- 1 knob Garlic, Grind
- little of Salt and Pepper
- 1 Green Pepper
- ½ pack Shimeji Mushrooms or 50 grams your favorite Mushroom
- ¼ Onion
- 250 grams Tomato Sauce
- 75 grams Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
- little of Parsley
- strong>For Batter
- 1 Egg
- Flour
- Bread Crumbs
- Cut the chicken in 6 slice, spread to garlic and sprinkle the salt and pepper. Coat with flour, then add the beaten egg and bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil into a frying pan, and cook the chicken until golden brown both side. Remove the chicken from frying pan, and set aside.
- Cut the onion, green pepper, mushrooms into slice, put into same frying pan, and fry.
- Coat the oil(little )in a baking dish, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of baking dish, and place the fried vegetables, next to place the chicken. Spread another tomato sauce on, and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
- Bake in to oven at 190℃ for 30 min. Serve with chopped parsley or dried parsley.
