Here’s a Recipe that I was craving for a while to make “Corn Bread”. Since we don’t have a oven yet, I usually cook them in my toaster oven which is very old but still kicking. If I could make this in my toaster oven, having a regular oven would be even better to make this. It goes great with my morning coffee. Enjoy
Ingredients
150 grams Flour
100 grams Bread Flour
2 teaspoon Baking Power
1 teaspoon Salt
90 grams Corn Meal
90 grams Sugar
2 Eggs
225cc Milk
100 grams Melted Butter
Instructions
Place the all ingredients in the room temperature. Place the baking sheet in cake pan or spread the vegetable oil into a cake pan and coat the flour thinly.
Sift the flour, bread flour, baking powder and salt with together, and add the corn meat and sugar and mix well.
Drop the eggs into a other bowl and beat, add the milk and butter then mix well.
Add the dried ingredients into a egg mixture bowl, and mix quickly.
Put the corn bread mixture into a cake pan, bake in a oven at 180℃, for about 30 min.
(20㎝×20㎝ size cake pan)

I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and now living in Osaka, Japan. I have been in Japan for about 12 yrs now and loving every single moment of my life here in a beautiful country. I’m a English teacher here in Japan and on spare I'm a Food blogger, and gamer. I have been cooking for the pass 15 years, but still not at the level that I want to be. In the pass 4 – 5 years wanting to learn more about Japanese food and how they prepared them as an art form instead of something there for you to eat. Corn bread! My kids and I love it.

I love cornbread. It’s a traditional souther food. Especially when it’s sweet with the added sugar like yours.
