- 200 grams Deep Fried Thick Tofu
- 2.5 ㎝ White Radish, Grated
- 1½ tablespoon MENTSUYU(or 1 tbsp soy sauce)
- 1 Spring Onion
- 1~2 MYO-GA
- Heat the frying pan, and put the deep fried thick tofu, and cook on medium heat until crispy for both side. And cut into easy to eat size.
- Cut the spring onion in edge cut, and cut the MYO-GA in thinly slice.
- Arrange the deep fried thick tofu on a plate, garnish with grated white radish, spring onion, MYO-GA and MENTSUYU or soy sauce.
