Hello Everyone. Everyone. I hope that all your weekend is going great so far. My hubby is still test out this Recipe Plugins and I think we are going to go with this one call “Easy Recipe“, here’s their site if you would like to know information. I think this great for all Foodie Bloggers to get your recipe up on Google Recipe Search Engines, with all this HTML 5 being used now, I’m glad my hubby is working hard on changing everything is the site.
- 90 grams × 2 Fillet Mackerel
- ⅓ teaspoon Sake
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ⅓ Onion
- 3 Shiitake Mushrooms
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1㎝ Carrot
- 2㎝ White Radish
- ½ tablespoon Soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon vegetable oil
- Sprinkle the sake and salt on mackerel. Cut the onion and shiitake mushrooms into thinly slice, and carrot and green pepper into strips. Grate the white radish and drain briefly.
- Cook the mackerel in oven toaster(180-190℃) for about 10-15minute.
- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion, green pepper, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms in this order, and add the soy sauce, stir-fry briefly.
- Arrange the mackerel on a dish, place the vegetable sauce on mackerel and garnish with grated white radish.
It looks delicious!
I can’t have fish due to allergies, but this sure does look delicious!

I see the white radish again. I’ve never cooked with that. This looks great!
