Here’s a Delicious I made last night called Shrimp Curry or エビカレー in Japanese. I have always love eating curry using coconuts milk, but the family doesn’t really care for it until last night. I was just craving for curry for the pass couple and I decided to make it and surprise the family without telling them there’s coconuts milk in it. After putting the finishing touch on my curry and served the family and within minutes it was all gone, like there was no food left in the refrigerator. Then I told that this curry had coconuts milk and the were very surprised and loved it very much. I hope you enjoy this recipe and we will see you in the kitchen. Keep on Cooking.
