- 100g Cabbage
- ½ tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1¼ tsp Vinegar ( Rice Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar)
- ½ tsp Mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ⅙ tsp Dried Parsley
- Cut the cabbage into julienne strips. Place the cabbage into a bowl, add the vegetable oil and mix, add the sugar and mix.
- Add the vinegar and mix, add the salt and mix, add the mayonnaise and mix, and add the pepper and mix. Sprinkle the dried parsley.

I would recommend instead of mayo a mix of sugar with balsamic vinegar. Same same… but different.
This is perfect. I will make this later.Looks really good and delish.
