Hello Everyone. It’s a beautiful day here and I hope it’s the same where you are too. Oh here a Question I wanted to ask, I just joined Google Plus and wanted to know if any of you are in Google plus too. I’m trying to look for some Food Bloggers communities in Google plus, but have know where to start looking. If anyone has any information on this, I would be very appreciated for the help. I also notice that the Food Bloggers community is very strong in the US, I wish it was like here in Japan. Everyone seems to be so closed doors here about starting one. Anyone with ideas on how to start one in Japan or how I should go about starting one. Well, let’s get in that kitchen and see what I got cooking for you. Keep on Cooking!!
- 300g Thinly Sliced Beef
- ½ Onion
- 2 tsp Grated Ginger
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Light Color Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Granules Dashi Stock
- 400 cc Water
- Cut the onion into thinly slice, and the beef into bite-pieces.
- Boil the water, and add the granules dash stock. When it become to the boil, add the onion and simmer for 2-3 minute.
- Add the beef and simmer for about 10 minute with lid.
- Add the ginger and simmer for about 1 minute.

That looks very tasty and you’re right, it should be pretty easy to make.
I don’t know how Google Plus works either, and I searched for you as Naoko, but you didn’t show up. I’m Curt D in Google plus.
Thank you Naoko san. I am visiting Japan now and see these chain restaurants but don’t know how to order in Japanese. Thank you so much for all your hard works for us. I will try to make myself!!
thanks for the recipe, looks easy enough, i’ll try it on the weekend 😀
Lovely simple-to-make dish, packed full of flavour. Love how quick it is – the perfect meal in minutes.
I have a Google Plus but hardly ever use it! This beef dish looks tasty =)
