Hello Everyone. Another New week has started, so much things to get done before the end of the year. This year is just going by so fast that, it’s almost 2012 with a blink of an eye. I remembered at the starting of this year I had some goals for this blog and I think I hit most of them and hopefully to hit the rest of them before the end of the year. Here’s a question for you, did you have goals for your Foodie Blog or Blog for this year? And did you get to hit them? Well, back to the kitchen. Let’s see what we will be making in kitchen. - 1 Bunch Shirona
- 1 Deep Fried Tofu
- 250 cc Dashi Stock
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp light color Soy Sauce
- Wash the shirona and cut into 3㎝ lengths pieces, cut the deep fried tofu in half, and 2㎝ lengths pieces.
- Boil the dash stock, add the sake, mirin, and soy sauce. Add the deep fried tofu and shirona, and simmer for 6-7 minute.
