Hello Everyone. It’s a very cold Tuesday here in Japan, just hope it get’s a little warm towards the evening time. So how’s the weather in your parts of the world? Is it still summer or fall there? It’s Fall here but the leaves hasn’t change yet, but I think in the next couple weeks here we will see changes in the tree and the weather. I will start to look for some Fall Recipe in my list and start posting them for everyone, so look out for those coming up soon. Well, let’s see what I got cooking in the kitchen today and we will see you all soon.
- 1 pack Sprouts
- 2 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 2 portion Cooked Rice
- 2 Egg yoke
- ½ Spring Onion, cut into chop
- Japanese Seven Spice Chili (your taste)
- Wash the sprouts, and drain.
- Heat the sesame oil into a frying pan, add the Sprouts, sugar, and soy sauce fry for about 3 minute.
- Put the cooked rice in a bowl, Put the sprouts on the rice and so that a little hollow in the middle and put the egg york in hollow.
- Topping with spring onion and Japanese sevens spice chili.

How delicious looking. I love sprouts. I don’t know what Sevens Spice Chili is. I’ll have to look that up.
