Hello Everyone. Sorry I haven’t post in a couple day’s, my hubby wasn’t feeling well and almost had to be rush to the hospital. So I haven’t had time to post until now. Everything is okay and back to normal now and his feeling better. Now let’s see what we have going on in the kitchen today and we will see you all tomorrow. Enjoy
- 400g Chicken Tight
- ½ Burdock
- 50g Lotus
- 1 knob Ginger
- 400cc. Water
- 50cc. Japanese Sake
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- Wash the burdock and lotus , shred the burdock and cut the lotus into thinly slice.
- Heat the frying pan,and place the chicken with skin side down, cook until golden brown.
- Add the water, sake, sugar ,and soy sauce. Add the burdock, lotus, and ginger and simmer for about 30 minute with paper lid.
