Hello Everyone.  What a long week I had here and finally the weekend is here.  I have to add this in today’s post, “Our Prayers has to go to the Job’s family”..  I have been an Apple fan for the pass 2 years and it’s sad for someone who change to the world with his kindness, his thoughts, and interventionism.  Thank you Steve Job’s for all you have done for me and everyone else in the world.  Well, today is shopping day for me and I will be leave in the next hour.  I wonder what will I buy, like for me my hubby will be cooking all weekend so he will be busy.  Hope you all have a great weekend and we will see you all tomorrow.

Here on Cooking Japanese Style we have a delicious dish called Simmered Hamburger Steak with Miso or 味噌煮込みハンバーグ in Japanese. This is the first time I tried to use miso with my hamburger steak and it turned out to be perfectly delicious and very moist inside. The family just loved it too. So I hope that you enjoy making this for your family. For the Miso there many different types of miso, so you can use the miso that you like to use. Enjoy and Keep on Cooking!!
