Hi, Naoko. I am a huge fan of potato gratin recipes and am curious about yours. I’ve never cooked with komatsuna and will try it with your recipe. Does komatsuna taste sort of like collard greens?

This sounds great. I love cheesy potato type dishes. I had to look up komatsuna on Google.
