- 150g Oyster
- 1 Knob Garlic
- 15g Butter
- ½ tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 /2 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Sake or White Wine
- 2 tsp. Soy Sauce
- Wash the oyster in the cold water and drain. Boil the oyster briefly and drain. Cut the garlic into finely chop.
- Heat the olive oil into a frying pan, add the garlic, when it comes good smell, add the oyster and fry.
- Add the sake or white wine and steam-fry with cover for 3-4 minute.
- Seasoning with salt and pepper, add the butter and tossing briefly. Finally , add the soy sauce and stir- mix briefly.

I have not stir fried oysters before… either steamed them or like them deep fried with batter.
Picture looks tasty so would like to try this recipe as well!
