- 250g strawberries
- 2 tbsp Sweet Beets Syrup
- 100g sugar
- Place the strawberries, sweet beats syrup, and sugar in a pot over a medium low heat for 25 ~ 30mins..
- When it almost simmered and strawberries are thickly, turn the stove off. Then transfer the jam into some container or jar. Let it set for about an hour before eating.
