Homemade Strawberry Jam ストロベリージャム

Here’s my 2nd try at making Strawberry Jam and it turned out great. My lady has been eating it everyday with her yogurt. I’m happy that it turned out great. I hope you enjoy this recipe with video.
Ingredients
  • 250g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Beets Syrup
  • 100g sugar

Instructions
  1. Place the strawberries, sweet beats syrup, and sugar in a pot over a medium low heat for 25 ~ 30mins..
  2. When it almost simmered and strawberries are thickly, turn the stove off. Then transfer the jam into some container or jar. Let it set for about an hour before eating.

Notes
I used Sweet Beets Syrup, because I don’t like honey much. You can use honey if you want in this recipe.
