Here’s something else you can use with mentaiko instead of just using it in spaghetti dishes. Easy to make for lunch, snack, or try something different. I will be posting other Japanese Recipes using mentaiko. Enjoy.
Ingredients
  • 2 slice of bread
  • 2 mentaiko sack
  • 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of nori strips

Instructions
  1. Firstly we need to take the mentaiko eggs out of the sack with a spoon and add it in a bowl.
  2. Secondly add the mayonnaise to the mentaiko and mix together well. When done with the mixing spread the mentaiko on the bread and put it in the toaster oven for 3 minutes.
  3. Lastly add your pinch of nori strips in the middle of the toast and server.
