Simmered Cabbage and Deep-Fried Tofu キャベツと油揚げ煮

- 1 deep fried tofu
- ¼ cabbage
- 100 cc dashi stock
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp light color soy sauce
- Cut the deep- fried tofu into 1㎝ wide pieces and cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces.
- Pour the dashi stock in a pot, bring to the boil. Add the mirin, soy sauce, and deep-fried tofu simmer for about 1-2 min.
- Add the cabbage with covered, steam-simmer over a medium heat. When the cabbage to soften, remove the cover, and stir briefly simmer for about 1 min.
