- 1 bunch Fresh Spinach
- 20 grams Melted Butter
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp. Shoyu Sauce
- Pepper
- Now we are ready to get cooking. First wash the spinach in water. When you are done with that, get a pot filled with water and start boiling it. When the water start to boil, add your spinach to the boiling water and let it set for about 15 to 20 seconds. You don’t want to overdo the spinach here.
- When you are done boiling the spinach, put it in a water strainer and run water over it for a bit. Now you need to squeeze the spinach to make sure that you get all the water out of it. Now we are going to cut the spinach into inch an a half, and put them in a small bowl so we can mix the rest of the ingredients. We are almost done here.
- Now we are going to add our lemon juice, Shoyu sauce, melted butter and pepper. For the pepper add to your taste buds, but make sure not to add to much though. When you are done mixing, get to small bowl that you are going to serve it into and add your mixed spinach in the bowl and you’re ready to serve. I hope you enjoy make this as well as eating it.

I’ll try this, it sounds good. I usually just saute the spinach in a little olive oil and add salt and pepper. This will be a good replacement. 🙂
