Corn Pancake コーンパンケーキ

Serves: 2
- 160g flour
- 1/1/2 tsp baking powder
- 20g melted butter
- 1 egg
- 100g corn cream
- 40g sugar
- 100 cc milk
- vegetable oil
- Combine the flour and baking powder. Drop the egg in a bowl and beat. Add the sugar and milk, mixing and add the melted butter, corn cream and flour, mixing with whisk.
- Coat the oil in a frying pan, pour the pancake mixture into frying pan, place over a medium low heat, cook for about 1-2 min, then turn out continue cook the other side for about 1 min.
