Easy Onion Soup 簡単オニオンスープ

Serves: 2
- ½ onion
- 400 cc water
- 1 cube soup stock bouillon cube
- ½ tsp konbu salt
- pepper
- Cut the onion into thinly slices.
- Pour the water into a pot, and bring to the boil, add the bouillon cube and onion, when the onion is tender, adjust the flavor with konbu salt. Arrange to the bowl or soup cup, sprinkle the pepper.
