Cauliflower Salad カリフラワーサラダ

Serves: 2
- 2 small size cauliflower
- 4 slice anchovies
- 20g sliced almond
- ½ lemon
- olive oil
- pepper
- Place the cauliflower in the steam pan, sprinkle the little of salt, and steam for 12-13 min or Boil with salted boiled water until cauliflower is tender. Toast the sliced almond.
- Arrange the steamed cauliflower on a plate, sprinkle the tear anchovies, and sliced almond. Pour the olive oil, sprinkle the pepper, and garnish with lemon wedge and eat.
