Tofu with Walnuts Miso 豆腐のくるみ味噌田楽

- 1 pack hard tofu, cut into 4 equal pieces
- 30g walnuts
- 15g red miso
- 1 tbsp mirin
- Cut the walnuts into mince, and combine the red miso and mirin.
- Place the “1” into a pan, and over a low heat, and bring to the boil.
- When become the boil, spread on the tofu and grill for about 5 min, using oven.
